Cutie

Yup, another month has gone by. What's new with my babies? Yvette is more annoying than ever. "Go play in your room" isn't as effective as it use to be. She loves helping me around the house, but I'm guessing only because she gets to spend time with me.
Today she helped me make breakfast! She usually wakes me up telling me that she wants sausage and egg! Boy that girl loves sausage. Today we opened the fridge and she saw that we had no eggs, but she did see the big box of pancakes! "Mommy, mommy, I want pancakes!" So she helped me pour in the mix and the water, thank god for "just add water," then she asked if she could flip a pancake. She went for it and ended up flipping all three! My big girl. She did pretty good.
School starts next week. Going school shopping and going to buy the rest of the supplies during TAX FREE weekend. Don't you just love the word FREE?! Guess what she's doing right now? Putting laudnry away.
Now for the other baby.... she's done more growing! She's now 5 months. And she's 21 weeks. 20 weeks does not equal 5 months because not every month has 4 weeks! Until your a parent, you probably won't care, but I do. Oh well. We finally took our first trip to the beach and the zoo. It was so much fun. Yvette had a blast playing in the sun. And Eliada was just starting and saoking in the scenery, as was I. She's also loves playing with her teether book and not using the paci as much, which is never a bad thing. Taking two naps a day and a night time nap. Sleeping from 3am to 12noon! Thank god. Waking up at around 9ish to eat. She's also eating cereal with apple sauce.
